Remanufactured machines at Centerless Grinding Solutions combines old technology with new. Our grinders are fully remanufactured in-house where we fully restore the grinders to better than new condition with 21st century technology. All of our grinders come with a full 24 month warranty and all machinery includes training on the machine tool when needed. Contact us for more information or a quote.

Our remanufacturing process includes:

  • Once dismantled, the components are steam cleaned and blasted to remove contaminants & oil.
  • Our hand scraping process ensures precision slides for the perfect fit.
  • We install new lubrication and hydraulic systems.
  • The next step is inspecting then rebuilding or replacing the components including the infeed unit, spindle shaft, bearing shoes, sprockets, gears, chain or belt, ballscrews, wheel flanges, clamping nuts and more.
